Seven Tides rolls out hotel plans
Dubai-based Seven Tides Hospitality announced it is opening three exclusive five-star multi-use developments in the first half of 2009, apart from plans of setting up 20 five-star hotels.

Of the three five-star multi-use developments that Seven Tides is opening in 2009, two of these premier projects are on the Palm Jumeirah. Oceana, comprising of a five-star resort, located on the Trunk of the Palm, will offer apartments with a unique array of amenities and is accessible to the finest shopping and entertainment on Palm Jumeirah. Alternatively, The Royal Amwaj on the Crescent, is an Asian inspired five-star resort and spa with apartments. Finally, the third five-star establishment is the Ibn Battuta Gate, strategically located next to the Ibn Battuta Mall.

This development with its landmark Gate, offers offices, suites, and serviced apartments in addition to the luxury hotel and spa.

In addition to the three projects opening in 2009, Seven Tides will embark on projects on The World, Palm Jebel Ali, and Palm Deira. It has also completed a significant restoration of the Dukes Hotel in London, which upon completion was awarded a five-star classification
